Cool free platform puzzle game
Continuity is a game that combines platforming with slide-puzzles. Run and jump your way through mazes to find the key then the door to the next level, zooming out when necessary to rearrange the puzzle so you can move on.
The mixed mechanics of slide puzzle and platforming is expertly handled in continuity. When platforming you are zoomed in, while hitting the Space Bar zooms the camera out so you can slide the puzzle around. The graphics are minimalist, but move very smoothly, and the action is accompanied by very cool electronic sound effects that change as the camera zooms in and out.
While platforming, the music is a driving house music track, that then effortlessly transitions into cool ambiance when you hit Space to zoom out for puzzling. the combination of the minimalist graphics and cool music really make the game, although the cleverness of the action and puzzles shouldn't be overlooked.
Continuity is a great casual game. It is innovative, fun, looks cool and sounds great. What more could you want?
